What should you do with leads that don’t fit your criteria?
When your marketing is working, you’ll begin to attract various types of sellers and some of them will meet your criteria and some won’t. You’reĀ spending money to generate leads, whether you’re using signs, direct mail, billboards, media or vehicle magnets….and you’re also investing your time to research and sift through them.
Keep in mind that even if a lead isn’t a fit for you, t could be a fit for another investor with different criteria and they might be able to make a profit in their own unique way.
